MALCOLM C. SCOTT

Pastor Malcolm C. Scott is the Founder and Pastor of Everlasting Love Ministries in Fresno, CA. The Fresno, CA native earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Fresno State University in 1986 and has been an employee of United Parcel Service (UPS) for 26 years where he is affectionately known as ‘grandpa’ and ‘bishop’. He is the husband to Audrey Gilbert who is now Audrey Scott. Together they are the parents to two children and seven grandchildren.
Pastor Scott received the call to preach and teach at a young age. He is a simple man who simply loves people. This love has compelled him to answer the call to pastor, lead, and shepherd those that God will send to his ministry. Raised in the Apostolic Faith, he understands the importance of prayer, a trait instilled by his mother and grandmother.
Pastor Scott has a deep love and appreciation for God and His people. His motto is “We love you where you are to where God wants to take you”.
AUDREY SCOTT
First Lady

First Lady Audrey Scott is a native of Fresno, CA, the wife of Pastor Malcolm C. Scott and the first lady of Everlasting Love Ministries in Fresno, CA.
​
Lady Audrey is a Pastor’s Kid born and raised in the Apostolic Faith. She enjoys serving God’s people in whatever area she’s needed. After 28 years of Executive Assistant experience with the Georgia-Pacific Corp. (Atlanta, GA) and W. M. Lyles Co. (Fresno, CA), the Lord blessed her to retire early to care for her ailing mother.
First Lady Scott strives to be an example of a virtuous woman -- a woman who is yielded to God in every area of her life. She humbly serves as a women’s ministry leader and her husband’s help mate, and she is the mother of two adult children and loves seven precious grandchildren. The Lord has given her a passion for women and children and she enjoys the extra special blessing of being ‘god-mother’ and ‘auntie’ to many young adults and children.
Lady Audrey has a heart for people and continues to aim toward and produce excellence in all of her ministry opportunities.
JAVAN CHILDS

Elder Javan Childs is the son of Pastor Westlund Childs Jr., and Alice Childs of Glad Tidings Apostolic Church in Fairfield, CA. At a young age the Childs family moved to Fairfield where they attended Emmanuel Apostolic Church located in Vallejo, CA, under the late District Elder Jerry Hubbard. Elder Childs was baptized in the name of Jesus at 9 years old and filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 12 while attending Emmanuel Apostolic. In 2002, Elder Childs moved to Fresno, CA to attend Fresno State University. He was called to the ministry under the late Bishop Henry L. Johnson while attending Bethesda Apostolic Church at the age of 19. During his time at Bethesda, Elder Childs served as a minister, Sunday School teacher, and youth leader. At the age of 26, Elder Childs received his national ministerial license and became an Elder in the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World.

Elder Childs met Lauren Perkins in 2002 while attending Fresno State University and the two were married on June 14, 2008. In 2014, Elder Childs and his wife was called to assist in the work of establishing and building the work of Everlasting Love Ministries under Pastor Malcolm Scott and First Lady Audrey Scott where they continue to this day. He is married to Lauren Childs and together they have 3 children.
LAUREN CHILDS

Lauren Childs was born in Bakersfield, California. Growing up in Bakersfield she attended church where she learned about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Growing up she engaged in activities such as: track and field and cheerleading. When she graduated high school she moved to Fresno to attend Fresno State eventually earning her Bachelors degree in Criminology and a Masters degree in Counseling. While attending Fresno State she met her now husband, Javan Childs, who introduced her to the Apostolic faith. It was at Bethesda Apostolic Church in Fresno, California where she was baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost. She now serves at Everlasting Love Ministries beside her husband.
Lauren Childs is the mother of two beautiful daughters and one handsome son.
